Ethical statement
It is our intention to run an ethical business which makes a positive contribution to the lives of everyone associated with it. To this end we will at all times endeavour to:
-
Treat with respect and dignity everyone with whom we come into contact (whether client, associate, fellow consultant or any other person). Where it is appropriate to an assignment we will always foster and encourage a positive dialogue between employer, employees and their elected representatives.
-
Recognise and value the diverse skills and life experiences of all those we meet. We believe that sustainable working practices positively contribute to enabling an inclusive workforce, and we will continue to encourage flexibility among employers and employees.
-
Be transparent in all our transactions. We will be open about the reasons why we have been commissioned for an assignment (subject to our normal conditions about client confidentiality).
-
Charge a fair market value for our services, and to be transparent about our pricing policies and our activities. We will only undertake work which we are fully confident we can do, and continuously monitor both the quality and our own development.
-
-
Maintain high professional standards in our work through continuing professional development. We will support those professional institutes to which we belong, and participate in activities to develop them.
-
Recognise our responsibility for the Health and Safety of our colleagues and our clients. In particular we will, through our work, do our best to mitigate the stresses resulting from long working long hours or inflexible time arrangements.
-
Be environmentally responsible in all our activities. In particular, we will, through our work, educate employers about the environmental benefits of remote/home and compressed working arrangements, and encourage organisations to introduce these in ways which benefit employer and employee alike.
