Open Workshop Programme
All our workshops are fully participative with a focus on developing practical skills. For 2009 we are scheduling a small number of open workshops addressing key strategic issues around 21st century HR practices. The following are one day workshops which we will be running in Central London. We are currently finalising dates and will be posting them here shortly. In the meantime, please contact us for further information.
If Central London is inconvenient for you, we can run workshops in-house - contact us for details.
Attracting and recruiting the 21st Century workforce
Offering more flexible working arrangements can enhance your organisation's reputation as an employer of choice, and attract a wider range of potential talent. This highly interactive workshop equips recruiters with the skills to develop attraction and recruitment strategies linked to organisational flexible working and equality policies.
We received excellent feedback when we ran this workshop as part of the Working Families masterclass series in 2008:
"It made me think more about how we do what we do. Overall very enlightening and thought provoking." Participant from Birmingham City Council.
"Definitely useful for recruitment professonals and HR." Participant, Credit Suisse.
